The Challenge
Tech Industry Alliance (TIA) is the new umbrella brand for it@cork and KerrySciTech. With a network of members and stakeholders from over 250 ambitious tech-producing and tech-enabled organisations across the South-West, they are one of the largest industry clusters in Ireland.
it@cork and KerryScitech needed to create a robust new website in order to facilitate this new umbrella brand so they hired Egg Design to come up with a solution.
The Solution
Egg Design worked closely with both organisations to come up with a brand new website that woudl allow their members to register on the website and log in to manage their own profiles.
The website also needed to provide information on the Alliance, what they do and showcase their upcoming and past events in an easy to use, accessible way to its members.
A complex membership system was required, allowing users to sign up online and pay via a secure payment gateway. Payments would be recurring, offering various packages for companies. A subscription based system was put in place and it need to integrate with tehir Salesforce CRM software also.
The aim was to take as much manual work out of the process as possible for the organisation and we achieved this through the use of automation and integrated systems.
Egg Design continues to have a working relationship with Tech Industry Alliance offering them ongoing support and maintenance on the website.
