The Challenge

Spectrum Mental Health is a full-service private care provider offering a range of mental health services including family, children and adolescents therapy, as well as personal and couple counselling and specialising in a diverse range of disciplines, including anxiety and stress, substance abuse and mood difficulties, amongst others.

Spectrum Mental Health has grown significantly throughout the years, offering an increasing number of mental health and well-being resources for its clients, underneath the one brand umbrella.

While much effort was spent on growing the operations side of the business over the years, there had not been the same strategic approach to adapting their online experience. The result was a website with many outdated pages, slow working speed and complexity of messaging which was directly in conflict with the integral and invaluable services which the company were offering.

The Solution

Egg Design worked with the team at Spectrum to firstly understand the requirements of all the various subsections of the business, while undertaking a review of all the content on the site, to help build the foundations for a new website and digital strategy. During this process, it was decided to move from their current web provider of Squarespace to WordPress, which would allow for a faster online experience as well as an easier to manage content management system to aid internal processes.

Building on the foundation of knowledge from stage 1, Egg Design worked on redesigning a customised and contemporary online home for Spectrum Mental Health. Included was careful attention to detail when considering the redesign of the layout of the site’s key information platforms. The addition of new automation processes, embedding of forms and integration of online apps were initiated so that the website would be more integrated with the businesses internal systems and processes

The result was a fast and efficient online experience allowing the user to access the services and resources of Spectrum Mental Health easily and effectively, whilst allowing the internal team to provide key communication to support and manage the process in an efficient and controlled manner.
