The Challenge
Cobh Heritage Centre, a significant cultural and historical attraction in Cobh, needed an overhaul of its digital presence as part of the Fáilte Ireland Digital that Delivers programme, with Egg Design as a vendor.
The existing website was outdated, lacked a cohesive structure, and did not effectively highlight the rich history and unique exhibits of the centre. Additionally, it was not optimised for mobile devices and had an inefficient ticketing system, making it difficult for potential visitors to plan their visits. The challenge was to create a modern, user-friendly website that would enhance the visitor experience, streamline ticketing, and better convey the historical importance of the centre.
