The Challenge

Swiss Watch Club is a leading Dublin-based retailer specialising in sourcing, authenticating, servicing, and selling pre-owned luxury Swiss watches from iconic brands such as Rolex, Omega, Cartier, and Patek Philippe. While the business had a strong reputation offline and positive customer feedback, its digital presence did not reflect the premium nature of its product offering and customer experience. Key issues included an outdated visual identity, limited storytelling around authentication and servicing expertise, and a website structure that made it difficult for visitors to explore the breadth and quality of the watch collection.

The Solution

We redesigned the Swiss Watch Club website to deliver a refined, visually compelling, and conversion-focused digital experience that aligns with the prestige of the luxury watch market. The project’s primary objectives were to:
